Other Policies
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation of a scheduled booked appointment within 24hrs will result in a $30 penalty fee charge onto the next scheduled appointment. Exceptions may apply if clients consult with our team prior to cancellation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’re open to discussing reasonable solutions on a case-by-case basis. Communication is key, and we appreciate clients reaching out to us to discuss any potential issues or delays.
Appointment Reminders:
We send appointment reminders one day in advance. Please respond with “Yes” to confirm and “No” to cancel. Failure to respond may result in appointment cancellation.
Reminder Clarification:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they receive appointment reminders and for keeping track of upcoming appointments.
Booking Responsibility:
Bookings must be pre-booked online on our website for future appointments.
Pricing Disclaimer:
– Pricing assumptions include reasonable coat condition and potential additional charges for heavy de-matting.
– Mixed breed pricing is based on the dominant breed or coat type.
– Official pricing will be determined once the pet is physically assessed at the time of the appointment.
Double-Coated Clip Offs:
While not typically recommended, clipping double-coated dogs or cats may be necessary to keep the pet in a healthy and comfortable condition. Further assessment of the coat will determine if clipping off the double-coat is necessary.
